Direct Debit System
The treasurer has been busy setting up the direct debit system for all members. This sytem will help the treasurer to collect payments from members. This means payments for activities do not to be paid by cash or bank transfer. The treasurer will collect these payments every one or two months. This means a lot less work for the treasurer but also for the members since you do not have to pay by bank transfer anymore. To do so we will need a authorisation from you which authorises the treasurer to do these actions. Therefore all members need to sign this authoriastion. If you have not done this yet, please ask the treasurer or any other member of the board so they can provide you with this form.
